Upon arrival, our room was initially overbooked, but the issue was quickly resolved. The room itself was nice and clean with a great shower, though a bit cramped with the bed settee down. The breakfast selection was good, and the service was excellent and friendly. However, there were some staff training opportunities needed for better hospitality service. The location required transport to get around, yet was convenient for business park visits. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor hiccups.
The hotel is situated in a peaceful business park, offering quiet evenings but slightly off the beaten track. The dining experience had its flaws with empty tureens and cold plates, yet the continental selection was decent. The service, particularly a staff member, left much to be desired. The rooms, similar to a Premier Inn, were as expected at a Ramada Encore, with a standard en suite and shower area.
The rooms were a bit snug but clean, with some uncomfortable furniture. The staff were helpful, and the hotel had a spacious and relaxing bar and reception area. The location was ideal for various activities, and the dining options were filling with a personal touch available at an extra cost.
